In-Studio Workshops Policies

Enrollment Deadline Please note, if there is availability in a workshop, registration can only be guaranteed if scheduled no later than 3:00pm the Friday before the start of your desired workshop.
Makeups Each week a different workshop will be held. Due to this, no makeups will be given for missed classes.
Guests Because our enrollment is limited to a maximum of twelve (12) students per workshop, we regret that guests may not be brought to class.
Property Art Steps does not accept responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of any student's property.
Discipline Any children found to be disruptive to the program or teachers may be dismissed from the workshop with no refund. Final decisions made regarding dismissals will be made by Directors.
Snacks Students should bring a snack each day. Please mark the student’s first and last name on his/her snack.
Payments If tuition is not received PRIOR to the start of the workshop, placement cannot be guaranteed. Workshops are paid for by the week (not the day). $60 of your tuition fee is non-refundable. Tuition is not transferable from one workshop/week to another due to poor attendance or missed classes.
There are no refunds for cancellations made less than three weeks prior to the start of any workshop, for missed classes, or for dismissal due to discipline problems. |
